Corporate Workshops

Points of You is an Organisational Development tool that has been designed in the form of a game.

The game acts as a catalyst to left and right brain activities using words and photos, in order to promote an in-depth look at significant issues and processes, sparking awareness and action by creating new perspectives.

The Coaching Game, encourages clear and empowering communication skills of the sort that allows each person to get to know themsel and others. To PAUSE and take a break from the rat race to think, to feel and ask questions. To alter one's perspective and look inward rather than at external factors in order to answer the questions:

Who Am I really?
Who are We?
What are the hidden treasures I have that I can contribute more of to the team/Organisation?

Because getting to know ourselves from different Points Of View is the key to successful, collaborative, effective, healthy and happy teams

When playing a game:
We dare to say things that we normally wouldn't say and We open up more easily and take more chances.

Moreover, the play context is a safe one, enabling each player to break down barriers and choose how actively to participate and share.

The Coaching Game has no winners or losers, but rather stimulates thinking and cooperation.

It can be used in varying ways and adapted to various groups to address specific or general issues

How does it work?
As with any coaching, the most important step is finding the true issue – thereby finding a path to move away from it, and toward the required outcome, in a healthy introspective way.

Our resident coach will facilitate a guided question and answer scenario, with fun exercises and story telling surrounding the issue with a desired outcome in mind.

The Workshop is created to work in groups of 4 to 8 people per table, breaking groups down into smaller sections where deeper introspection is necessary.

Note taking structures are provided per group and during the workshop, groups are encouraged to bring discovered insights to the larger group's attention.

At the end of each workshop segment and with the experiences and lessons gained, a group coaching effort encourages Next Steps providing the path towards the desired outcome.


More about the Coaching Game
The Coaching Game began its creation in 2006 and is the result of a collaboration of Psychologists, Executive Coaches and Life Coaches from the USA, Israel and Germany.

Following nine months of development and a selection process involving over 3000 professional photographs sent from all around the world, the game of 65 Life and Career topics was launched in April 2007.

Since then The Coaching Game has become an international standard in coaching, and many of our workshops and activities have been recognized by the International Coach Federation.
